Farmers Arms Hotel

A website for a historic Murray River pub that puts the menu, opening hours and location up front.

Farmers Arms Hotel website designed by Brand Clutch

The client

A historic country pub and bistro on the banks of the Murray River in Tocumwal, NSW. Built in 1890 and also known as Kellys Pub, it serves classic bistro meals and local wines and hosts community events.

The brief

A welcoming, mobile-optimised website highlighting the venue's history, opening hours, the Kellys Bistro menus and an easy way to make a table enquiry, for tourists and locals alike.

The problem

Scattered online listings made it hard for travellers in the Murray region to check current pub hours, menus or event schedules.

Why it looks this way

A warm, heritage-focused look leans into the 1890 roots and the rustic charm of a country pub. The hero is a real photo of the hotel at dusk with its sign lit up.

Built for people on the go

The menu and opening hours (open 7 days, 11 AM till late) sit front and centre, because visitors and holidaymakers want dining info quickly. The address, 58-60 Hennessy Street, is prominent to help travellers crossing from Victoria into NSW find the venue.

What we built

A mobile-responsive layout, a food and drinks menu showcase, interactive map and directions, and booking and contact channels.

The result

Better regional discoverability and an easier path to the venue for travellers looking for dining options along the Murray River.
